About Eric
Eric Grauffel – 9-Time IPSC World Champion
Born in 1979 in Quimper, France, Eric Grauffel is one of the most dominant figures in the world of competitive shooting. He is married, has two children, and speaks French, English, and Italian.
Eric’s passion for shooting began at the age of 8, spending weekends at the range with his father. What started as a hobby quickly became an obsession, driving him to compete at the highest level. He won multiple national titles in France, followed by 8 European championships, several USPSA national titles, and an unprecedented 9 IPSC World Champion titles. He is the only shooter in history to have won all of his world championships consecutively, across the three main IPSC divisions: Open, Production, and Standard.
To maintain his elite status, Eric trains 5 to 6 days a week, mastering different pistol platforms to stay sharp across all divisions. Beyond competition, he is also a respected businessman, operating a gun store and custom shop. He shares his expertise through the EG-CZ Academy, where he coaches shooters from around the world. The Academy hosted an open day on September 1st, 2022, offering exclusive lessons to shooting enthusiasts worldwide.

I missed the live Q&A session with Eric. Can I still watch it?
Yes! The recorded session will be available 24/7 in our online video library and can be accessed until the end of the season.

In which language is the course?
Season 3 is conducted in English.
Will there be more seasons in the future?
Based on the feedback from Season 3, we will decide whether to offer a fourth season with Eric Grauffel. We value your input and look forward to gathering ideas on topics shooters would like us to cover.
Will there be other instructors in future seasons?
If we move forward with Season 4, additional instructors from the EG-CZ Academy team may participate.
If I miss Season 1, 2, or 3, can I still register later?
Yes! If you miss the initial launch of any season, a second registration opportunity will be available in early 2026, offering a Season 1, 2 & 3 combo package.
